Invoice requests 

À¦°óSM will provide students with invoices concerning their registration for classes upon request.  

We will not provide parents, employers or sponsors with invoices unless there is a release of information on file from the student providing their consent.  

Step-by-step instructions 

Students can view their account anytime by logging into their myOkanagan account. 
Once you are in myOkanagan, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Select “Self-service†

Step 2: Select “Student†

Step 3: Select “Student account†

Step 4: Select “Account summary by term†

If a student requires a receipt on À¦°óSM letterhead, please visit the registrar’s office or a campus administration office.  

If a sponsor is looking to pay for a student and they require an invoice, please contact accounts receivable to request an invoice.  

For textbooks receipts, students will need to contact the campus store or call (250) 862-5638. 

For parking related invoices please contact campus parking

For housing related invoices please contact campus housing or 250-862-5422. 

If you are an international student, please contact International education.
