Credential reprint requests
Former students can request a credential reprint through the À¦°óSM website. The cost of the reprint is $30 per credential reprint.
Step-by-step instructions
To request your credentials through the À¦°óSM website, follow these steps based on when you graduated:
- Graduated after September 2005: Apply through À¦°óSM.
- Graduated before August 2005: Apply through Okanagan University College.
Step 1: Visit the À¦°óSM registrar's page.
Step 2: Scroll down to find 'Transcript request'.
Step 3: Click the red button for 'Order OC Credential' or 'OUC Credential Request' based on your graduation institution.
Step 4: Fill out the required information and pay the $30 fee.
Step 5: Ensure your address is correct, including any suite, unit or apartment number.
Please allow 7 days for processing, and additional time for delivery if using Canada post regular mail service.
