- Pencils, pens, erasers
- One of the following: Sharp EL-520W, EL-520X, EL-531X calculator to write IP Exam
Government-issued picture ID (driver’s license, photo ID or valid passport) is required to write the provincial and national exams; student ID cards are not acceptable.
Be prepared for the first day of class
- You will be writing a “Year 1 review†exam based on the Level 1 curriculum. (eg. Resistor color codes)
- You should also review your Level 1 modules (competencies) before this day if you wish to be successful on this review exam.
- You will need a current Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) book, calculator, pencil and eraser to write this exam.
